Spring is upon us and perfect for new beginnings. For those of you have been following Time & Couture on Tumblr, we have decided to concentrate solely on designing outfits for the readers for the moment and on a new platform. The design of the site will be improved as we go, so follow us along our journey to keep up. Along with the move, Time & Couture now has a new schedule.
